Terms and disclaimer

The terms you accept by using Tested AI, what our research is and is not, and the limits of what we can promise about it.

Last updated

The short version

We publish research on AI and business software: what it does, what it costs, and what has changed. We check every figure against the vendor's own page and date it, but prices and features change without notice and we are not the vendor. Confirm anything you are about to spend money on.

Using this site

By reading Tested AI you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is to stop using the site. We may change these terms; the date above tells you when they last moved, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the change.

What our research is

Every price on this site comes from the vendor's published pricing page, cross-referenced against independent trackers, and carries the date it was checked. Where sources disagree, we print the disagreement rather than pick whichever number reads better.

What it is not is hands-on testing. We do not run these tools in production and we say so at the top of every review. Our methodology sets out exactly what we do and do not do, and our scores are judgments about value at a price, not verdicts on how a tool performs in your business.

Pricing changes, and why we cannot promise accuracy

Software vendors change prices without warning, run promotions that expire, price differently by country, and quote enterprise tiers privately. A figure that was correct on the date we checked it can be wrong the following week through no error of ours.

So we make no warranty that any price, plan name, feature, or limit on this site is current at the moment you read it. Treat every number here as a starting point for your own check, not as a quote. Before you commit money, open the vendor's page.

This is not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Several of the tools we cover handle payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, and regulated data. Writing about what those tools cost is not the same as advising you on how to run your finances or meet your obligations. For that, speak to someone qualified in your jurisdiction.

Limits of our liability

You use this site and act on its information at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tested AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including a purchase made on the strength of a figure that turned out to be out of date.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

Links to other sites

We link to vendor pages and independent sources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their pricing, their terms, or what they do with your data once you leave here. Some of those links earn us a commission, which we set out in full in our affiliate disclosure.

Our content

The writing, research, scoring, and design on this site belong to Tested AI. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing our pricing tables as your own work, is not permitted.

Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them to identify the products we write about. Nothing on this site implies that any vendor endorses us, or that we are affiliated with them beyond the commission arrangements disclosed.

If you think we have a figure wrong

Tell us. A wrong price is a bug and we treat it as one. Write to hello@testedai.blog with the page and the figure, and we will check it against the vendor and correct it if you are right. Corrections carry the date they were made.

Governing law

Tested AI is published from Pakistan, and these terms are governed by the law that applies there. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
